Job Opportunity: Immigration Associate Attorney (Bilingual)

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (DOE)

A highly respected legal practice is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their team. Thisis an impactful role designed for a practitioner who thrives in a high-paced environment and is committed to navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients from initial intake through resolution.
  • Advocacy: Represent clients in various proceedings and navigate multi-layered federal and state systems.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a high-energy team to meet rigorous deadlines and case milestones.
  • Client Relations: Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years of legal experience (immigration law focus preferred).
  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho and in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
  • Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to work efficiently across multiple digital systems and case management software in a fast-paced setting.
  • Mission-Driven: A genuine desire to help Idaho's immigrants navigate the complex U.S. immigration system.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package provided.
  • Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday work week in a professional on-site office environment.
