Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Supervision Focus

Location: Alabama (Remote)

Job Type : Part-time Shift 3PM to 8PM

We are looking for skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Alabama. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive group of professionals who are committed to making a lasting impact on children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Modify environments and adapt strategies to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment goals clearly to families.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

• Children aged 2-16 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis , Education , Psychology , or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification (and AL state licensure if required).
• Strong foundation in ABA methodologies and experience working with ASD populations.
• Excellent communication , organizational , and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in supervision is highly valued.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts)
