Family Law Attorney | Boise, ID

Location: Boise, Idaho (In-Office) Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 Base Salary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Law Attorney on behalf of a Boise-based firm. This role is intended for a practitionerwith at least four years of family law experience who is prepared to manage a significant caseload independently and lead a dedicated support team.

The firm maintains a professional, in-office environment with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. While this is an in-office role, the firm provides the professional flexibility necessary to manage the demands of a high-level legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Direct family law matters from inception through final resolution, including divorce, custody, and modification cases.
  • Litigation: Exercise independent judgment in the prosecution of cases; represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Legal Writing: Produce strong, persuasive written work, including pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and provide direction to a support team, ensuring high standards of work product and efficient case progression.
Candidate Requirements
  • Idaho Licensure: Must be an active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
  • Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of focused experience in family law.
  • Competencies: Strong litigation skills, the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision, and experience overseeing legal support staff.
Position Details
  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with professional flexibility.
