Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
• Mentor and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership matters.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development.
• Master the use of PLACE Technology.
• Engage actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
• Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and apply effective systems.
• Enhance your skills as a real estate sales expert through client prospecting and consultation.
• Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns.
• Supervise contract negotiations.
• Ensure sales team members effectively utilize database tools and lead opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. • 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
