Position: Mechanical Technician - Master Mechanical Installer

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Rate: $38-$40 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 40-50 hours per week

Position Overview:

ITS is seeking an experienced Master Mechanical Installer to lead and oversee complex HVAC installations in Boise, ID. This senior-level Mechanical Technician role is responsible for ensuring top-tier workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution.

This position regularly serves as the lead on job sites, supervising crews, directing technical decisions, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and consistently delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex HVAC installations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Diagnose and resolve advanced HVAC system issues with minimal supervision
• Supervise and mentor field crews, providing technical guidance and leadership
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet performance and safety standards
• Maintain strong communication with project teams and customers

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Master Mechanical Installer Certification (required)
• OSHA 10 or higher (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license
• Must possess all necessary tools to perform job duties
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to climb ladders, install conduits, and work at heights of 20 feet or more
• Full range of mobility including standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to submit to a drug screening
