Warehouse Laborer

Gem State Staffing in Boise is seeking an experienced Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role requires prior warehouse/production experience and the ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced production environment. Work will be done locally in the Boise area with a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate material handling and storage practices
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Pallet jack experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $20.00/hr.
