As an AS400 Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading the development and delivery of AS400-based solutions in a hybrid onsite-offshore model. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with offshore developers, client technical leads, and project managers to ensure high-quality project execution. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until November 7th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $134,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
