Fit-Up Technician Role

Kelly is hiring for a premier client in Nampa, ID for Production Technicians in our Fit-Up Technician role. Based in a vibrant manufacturing environment, you'll leverage your mechanical skills and technical know-how to ensure the smooth production of fluid handling systems. Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet and exceed production goals, all while enjoying a supportive work atmosphere that values your growth and expertise. Temp to hire opportunity! Pay Rate: $20-$24 DOE Shift: First Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Read and interpret blue prints
  • Interpret and utilize prints and measurements, converting fractions and decimals adeptly.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Operate hand and power tools safely, focusing on electrical and controls work.
  • Construction-related experience, such as framing and roofing a plus
  • Ability to use Hand Tools, Square, Tape measure, Level, Screwdriver
  • Automotive skills for specialized tasks like window tinting and pinstriping a plus
  • Be flexible to work 40+ hours a week, including potential weekends.
  • Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with ease.
  • Engage in bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team and cross-train in different departments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong mechanical inclination with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools (square, tape measure, level) and power tools (drill motor).
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks requiring close vision focus.
