Description:

Adecco is immediately hiring an Office Assistant for a successful online retailer based in Eagle, Idaho! The Office Support Staff plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $19-21/hr. DOE and schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mail Management: Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Filing & Records Maintenance: Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital file folders to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with creating and maintaining office documents and reports.
  • General Office Administration: Support various administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory checks, and office supply management.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to complete a credit check , background check, and drug test
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
