Position Summary We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities + Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression + Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner + Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately + Support the clinics sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members + Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries + Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software + Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach + Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment + Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent required + Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred + Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills + Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment + Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset + Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds + Office management or marketing experience is a plus + Must have a valid drivers license Schedule This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 10 am-7 pm, Saturday 10 am-4 pm, Sunday 9am-3pm Compensation and Benefits + Starting pay: $15.50 per hour + Medical + Opportunities for career growth within The Joint network Why Join Us When you join The Joint, youre not just starting a new job-youre joining a movement.
