Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SharePoint platform.

• Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM).

• Will assure the overall security and governance strategy to adhere to the VA M365 tenant guardrails.

• Responsible for development and support of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Nintex Workflow and Office 365 integration.

• Responsible for migration of SharePoint sites within VA M365 tenant.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site management, modernization, migration, and integrated solutions.

• Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available for SharePoint site migrations such as Sharegate.

• Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites.

• Experience in Level 3 SharePoint tenant-level triage.

• Business Process Automation (Intermediate)

• Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).

• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).

• Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.

• Ability to design the automation process.

• Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).

• Basic coding skills (any languages).

• Testing skills to test automated processes.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.

• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA.

• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $63,500.

• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
