• Strong verbal communication skills (Outbound calling experience is a huge plus).

$20 - $30 hourly

Your Mission:

• The Connector: You will make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads who have already registered on our websites. (No cold calling phone books!)
• The Detective: You will ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.
• The Matchmaker: Your "win" is identifying buyer prospects' specific needs and matching them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.
• The Organizer: You will manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
