Position Summary: The Post Closer is responsible for organizing, bundling, and shipping closed loan files to investors. This entry-level position ensures that all required documents are included and properly stacked before delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and bundle closed loan files according to investor stacking orders
• Verify that all required documents are included before shipping
• Maintain accurate records of shipped files and delivery confirmations
• Assist with tracking and filing of final documents as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Prior mortgage or document-handling experience a plus, but not required
