Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently while meeting required production quotas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established best practices, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and communicate concerns as needed
• Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with co?workers and supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry?level position; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Basic problem?solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast?paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
