This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and customization techniques. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliDesign, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules./liliHave good understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions LPI Module and Experience Cloud./liliGood understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementation./liliHands-on expertise in LWC and Apex Development./liliAbility to provide detailed design from Architecture and High-level Design./liliExperience in Agile Implementation and able to manage deployment process./liliDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce functionality./liliImplement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms./liliCollaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives./liliPerform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability./liliTroubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions./liliStay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend best practices and optimizations./liliProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
