Description:

Assembly Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an assembly operator to join their team. As an assembly operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to meet production schedules

Operate equipment and tools efficiently and safely

Identify defective parts and ensure quality standards are maintained

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred

Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude

Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions

Basic computer familiarity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
