Swing Shift | 2:00 pm- 10:00 pm


As a Direct Care Professional, You Will:

• Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills, including meal prep, personal hygiene, household chores, and organization
  
  
• Assist with medication reminders and health needs
  
  
• Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home environment
  
  
• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, work, or recreational activities
  
  
• Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
  
  
• Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
  
  
• Participate in fun community outings like movies, dining, sports, and local events
  
  
• Be a reliable source of encouragement, stability, and advocacy for those you serve
  
  
• Collaborate with your team and supervisors to ensure the best care for each client

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
  
  
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance/registration
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  
  
• Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we'll help!)
  
  
• Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a good sense of humor
