Security Site Manager

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Manager for its rapidly expanding Logistics Security Division. Metro One currently provides security services to our client's logistics facilities throughout the United States. The Security Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at assigned sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee security operations at assigned sites
• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Provide training and supervision to security personnel
• Prepare and submit regular security reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
