Weareseekingadetail-orientedandcustomer focusedRemote Hotel & Resort Reservation Specialisttojoinourteam.Inthisrole,youwillassistclientsinbookingtheirdreamvacations,ensuringtheyreceivetop-tierserviceandthebesttravelexperiencespossible.

Responsibilities

• Assistclientsinresearching,planning,andbookingcruises,hotels,andvacationpackages.
• Provideexpertrecommendationsbasedonclientstravelpreferencesandbudgets.
• Collaboratewithtoptravelsupplierstosecurethebestdealsandpromotions.
• Stayupdatedonthelatestindustrytrends,travelpolicies,andexclusiveoffers.
• Handleclientinquiries,modifications,andcancellationsprofessionallyandefficiently.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofbookingsandclientinteractions.
• Attendtrainingsessionsandsupplierwebinarstoenhanceknowledge.

Qualifications

• Mustbe18+andlegallyauthorizedtoworkintheU.S.
• Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
• Passionfortravelandhelpingothersplanunforgettableexperiences.
• Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently.
• Comfortableusingonlinebookingsystemsandlearningnewsoftware.
• Previousexperienceincustomerserviceorsalesisaplusbutnotrequired.
