Construction Program Management Support: Provide critical support to the Construction Program Management team, assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes supporting site acquisition, permitting, vendor management, and construction completion efforts. PMO Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain routine PMO reports specific to cell tower construction projects, including detailed status reports, updated Gantt charts reflecting construction progress, and budget tracking. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Data-Driven Evaluation & Improvement: Utilize aggregate data from multiple sources, including cell tower construction progress reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics, to create comprehensive evaluations and contribute to driving continuous improvement within our construction processes.
