Customer Service

RC Willey is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth transactions for our Will Call team. You'll assist customers with merchandise information, transactions and services. We're looking for team-focused individuals who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey's high standards of service and professionalism.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Saturday. Shifts will vary: 9am-5:30pm and 11:45am - close with a day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and interact with Will Call customers by telephone and in person
2. Provide customers with information about merchandise and services
3. Perform transactions and operate RC Willey systems
4. Assist warehouse associates with collecting merchandise and providing customer service
5. Follow up with customer issues and service requests
6. All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Must have credentials for Customer Service
2. Basic computer and typing skills needed
3. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
4. Must be dependable and self-motivated
