The Gym Weekend Supervisor (On-Call) is responsible for overseeing Saturday gym operations during rental and visitor group use. This position ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment by monitoring activities, enforcing Protective Measures (PTM) standards, maintaining facility security, and completing opening and closing procedures. The role requires strong observation skills, reliability, and the ability to respond appropriately to safety or facility concerns. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Knowledge of The Salvation Army mission and programs, or willingness to learn. Ability to follow safety protocols and PTM regulations. Strong observation and attention to detail. Basic computer and clerical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
