What does a HR Associate, Field Support do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The HR Field Support Specialist is a field-based Human Resources role. This role requires you to be a "people advocate," meaning you actively champion the well-being and interests of employees while also providing guidance to managers and supervisors on how to best represent the interests of the business. You will also be tasked with regularly delivering both tactical and strategic HR solutions to the front lines of the organization.
