Integrate a variety of occupational health and safety programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety for all Loves employees. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Survey to identify and evaluate occupational health and safety conditions. Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and implement changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place accidents and injuries. Conduct specialized safety and health training programs to communicate hazard control information. Foster a safety-centric culture within the Loves Family of Companies. Analyze data; prepare actionable recommendations to eliminate or minimize potential hazards. Incorporate essential occupational health and safety requirements into existing processes and procedures.
