Production Operator - Multiple Shifts Available

Production Operator - Multiple Shifts Available Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday from 07:00pm to 07:00am)

Understand & adhere to all safety guidelines & policies

Assist with management of upstream/downstream production workflow.

Load/Unload & General Handling of production materials with industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Production Line Machinery, etc.)

General Quality Assurance duties

Execute Start/Stop procedures to intervene & prevent critical issues

Measure finished boards/product, proper stacking/securing, packaging & labeling duties

General manufacturing/warehouse cleanup duties as assigned by management

Basic data entry and accurate daily documentation

Production Operator - Multiple Shifts Available Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Strong Communication Skills

Able to read, write and fluently understand & communicate in English - including the ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedural documents

Prior Forklift experience (certification not required)

Prior Manufacturing/Production Line experience

Lift up to 50 lbs | able to stand/walk, bend/twist and push/pull throughout shift
