Manufacturing Technician

Adecco is immediately hiring for manufacturing technicians for a company in Nampa, ID! Join a forward-thinking team revolutionizing modular construction and automation. This role involves building multi-family, multi-story apartments in a controlled indoor environment - this position reports to the production manager.

Pay: $18-20 DOE

Shift/Hours: 7a 5:30p OT available

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to modular construction in a factory setting
• Cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilings
• Perform tasks such as laying insulation, cleaning windows, painting
• Maintain a positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Perform tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16
• Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities
• Passion for innovation and process improvement
• 2+ years construction experience preferred
