General Manager Position At Sodexo

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager for St Luke's Corporate Plaza in Boise, ID to oversee all Food Operations. The General Manager will direct all food services for the St. Luke's Plaza 720 retail caf as well as manage the production and logistical needs of the commissary, currently supporting Grab & Go items for the greater Boise area St. Luke's hospitals. The General Manager will also support a catering team and a small micro-market, including the daily food delivery to the Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

  • Direct and oversee all day-to-day food service operations
  • Manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
