Day Shifts - Production Operator

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $18/hour for day shift

Schedule: 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM | 443 schedule

About the Role

We are hiring Production Operators to join our team in a SQF-certified food manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho. This role is essential to our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently running a full production line. Operators receive comprehensive training and contribute directly to production performance and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the entire production line, including dough mixing, baking, and packaging.
• Maintain high quality control standards and ensure consistent product output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
