Landscaping Team Positions Available

G Patlan LLC dba Patlan Landscaping is looking for ten (10) full-time temporary hard-working responsible workers to join our landscaping team. Duties include operating a push or riding lawnmower; spreading fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants; removing weeds and dead plants; pruning overgrown limbs and leaves; operating string trimmer and edger to remove overgrowth and keep outdoor area tidy; using a leaf blower to clear walkways and pedestrian areas after lawn maintenance; maintaining existing landscaping design and ensuring plant survival; planting new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs; raking fallen leaves and removing debris; keeping pedestrian areas free of snow and ice; removing tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards; and properly storing and maintaining all equipment, tools, and sprinklers.

Requirements: Lift 50 pounds and be able to bend or stand for all or most of the work shift.

Worksite Location: 830 W Eider, Meridian Idaho USA.

Need and Compensation: Anticipated start date is April 1 2026 continuing to December 1 2026. Each worker will be paid a minimum of $20.23/hour, work an average of 40 hours/week, and if overtime is available the OT rate of pay would be $30.35/hour. The standard work schedule is generally from 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. Workers are paid by check on Fridays.

Education and Work Experience: None required. Inbound and outbound transportation for workers who complete 50% or more of the work contract period. Daily subsistence provided at a rate during travel from a minimum of $16.28/day to a maximum of $68/day with receipts/documentation. Daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) will be provided by Employer at no charge to the employee. Tools, equipment, and supplies will be provided at no charge to the employee.

Deductions from workers paycheck: The Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law but will not make any deductions which are not required by law. By mutual agreement, an optional loan/advance up to $500 USD/worker for personal expenses, and optional housing is available for up to $500/month/worker. Payment of loan/advance or monthly rent will be deducted from paychecks. Reimbursement of border, visa, COVID-19 and related fees: The Employer will reimburse an H2B worker in the first work week for any mandatory visa, visa processing, border crossing, COVID-19 testing and other related fees (except passport fees), including any costs or fees mandated by the government that are incurred by the H2B worker.
