AKA: The Vibe Captain, Smoothie Boss, and Team Hype Person

We're not just blending bowls-we're blending people, culture, and community. Rush Bowls Boise is looking for its next great leader to help us grow an amazing product and company. This is a full-time shift leader position with room to grow into management if you show us your best leadership skills (and maybe your favorite smoothie recipe).

Who You Are

• A natural people-person who makes customers feel like regulars on their first visit.
• Someone who leads with respect, positivity, and a sense of humor (hangry customers happen).
• Equal parts organized, motivating, and able to keep the team running smoother than a freshly blended açaí bowl.
• Confident enough to take charge, humble enough to grab a mop, and upbeat enough to keep the vibes fun.

What You'll Do (a.k.a. The Day-to-Day Smooth Moves)

• Be the example: Motivate your team and inspire great energy.
• Keep it fresh: Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation are always top-notch.
• Lead the pack: Run the shift with confidence, guiding both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Own the details: Ring up orders, assist with catering, and keep things moving smoothly.
• Make it shine: Oversee cleaning tasks and ensure the store looks better than your camera roll.
• Help us stay stocked: Assist with inventory and behind-the-scenes tasks to keep things flowing.
• Solve with a smile: Handle customer issues like a pro and keep service exceptional.

Requirements

• Forever Shift (jk... just 40 hrs)
• Must be fluent in "Good Vibes Only." Negative energy can wait outside.
• Able to multitask like a pro (think: blending smoothies while hyping up the team and remembering that one customer's "extra peanut butter but not too much" order).
• Leadership skills on point. Translation: you can motivate people without sounding like a robot.
• Unshakable under pressure. (If you can keep calm when the blender sounds like a jet engine, you're already qualified.)
