A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to manage client and vendor account inquiries and resolve service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming service-related issues and questions, including waste service plan inquiries and missed pickups
• Collaborate with waste hauling vendors to ensure prompt responses to service orders and resolve service-related issues
• Manage internal work activity reports and update client, site, and vendor data in internal systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
