Production Technician Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Production Technician in Nampa, ID, where your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be valued and rewarded. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production processes, ensuring quality and precision in every task. Your mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards we uphold. You must be mechanically inclined, with plumbing experience, construction or mechanic experience. Pay $20 - $24 DOE. Hours 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Thurs. Temp to hire opportunity!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately read and interpret instruction procedures and tape measures.
• Identify and measure prints, locating fractional and decimal measurements.
• Utilize basic hand and power tools safely, understanding their proper use and associated risks.
• Contribute to construction-related tasks such as framing and roofing, with automotive industry experience considered beneficial.
• Maintain availability for 40+ hours per week, including potential weekend work.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate in a team setting, with a willingness to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Mechanical inclination with the ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Prior experience in construction or automotive industries is advantageous.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing.
