As a Civil Engineer, you will be hands-on from day one-developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings from schematic design through construction documents, and contributing to presentations and client meetings. You'll dive into site analysis, field measurements, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to bring bold ideas to life. You will also gain valuable experience in construction administration, including site visits and reviewing submittals and RFIs, giving you a well-rounded foundation in project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2-5 years of professional experience in Civil engineering and design
Basic experience or familiarity with preparing design drawings across all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation, including associated project deliverables.
Experience in preparation of a range of civil drawings such as site plans, grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills for client meetings and team collaboration
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures
Experience in executing design changes and project drawing revisions
Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources
Ideally, you'll also have
Licensure or on track for licensure in the state(s) of this position (Idaho, Oregon, Virginia, and/or Vermont)
Experience with innovative or complex design projects
Prior experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
Strong presentation and graphic skills
Possess knowledge and application of codes and standards
Experience with semiconductor facilities
Experience with project scoping and development
Experience with NavisWorks and/or Revit BIM software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability for forward thinking, eagerness to learn best practices, and to contribute with innovative ideas
Displayed ability to learn quickly and a drive to broaden knowledge base
Passion for buildings and construction

This is a hybrid position that can be remote, but will require some travel to various sites on occasion, including Idaho, Virginia, Oregon, Vermont, and potentially others.
Candidate must be willing to perform duties during normal business hours - nominally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility based on ability of site to support and employee preference.
