Commissary Food & Beverage Manager

As the Commissary Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the main ingredient for success by ensuring everything is seasoned to perfection with compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines, and alongside the Store Manager, help train the Customer Service & Support Team. With your attention to detail, you'll keep things fresh in a safe and sanitary environment, all while delivering a flavorful customer experience. Some travel between multiple store locations is on the menu.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any questions or concerns- it's the Stinker way!
• Travel between multiple store locations to stock fresh products.
• Analyze food service trends and results to prepare action plans, leveraging the commissary kitchen's fresh food strengths to address areas of opportunity and ensure profitability- we can already smell the stink of success (or is that the food?)
• Ensure skunktastic 24/7 execution of all commissary kitchen duties: including ordering, inventory control, production planning, and product handling.
• Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities
• Assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of team members, while enhancing associate engagement
• Ensure associates' proficiency in executing our Stinkin' tasty commissary kitchen programs by following the training plans and upholding standards for all food service team members.
• Execute safety, security, and quality procedures by ensuring alignment with company policies.

What You'll Need

• Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking- because there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!
• Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, then we kick tail!
• Act as an agent for change; being flexible and patient, open to suggestions, and a keen eye for opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a passion for sightseeing, and must consent to a Motor Vehicle Report, as well as complete a defensive driving course- as there will be some travel between multiple Stinker locations. (mileage reimbursement is provided by Stinker).
• 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience required.
• You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
• Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees (hey, at least it's not Antarctica).
• ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification, as well as any other legally required certification by local jurisdictions
