About the Role Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Warehouse Coordinator & Install Scheduler. You will check in freight, manage inventory, schedule installation appointments, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments.
• Schedule installation appointments with customers.
• Coordinate installer routes and daily calendars.
• Keep warehouse organized and stocked.
• Track project progress from order arrival to completion.
• Work with vendors to resolve shipping or product issues.
Qualifications • Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse or scheduling roles preferred.
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background and drug screening required.
Compensation & Details • $18-$19/hr depending on experience.
• Full-time, Monday-Friday.
• Work onsite at Budget Blinds of Boise at main building in Meridian.
