This is primarily a remote position. Successful candidate will need to work onsite for 50% of the first month, thereafter, reducing to one week onsite per quarter.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires field visits and walks at an active client site in various stages of construction. Applicant must be able to walk long distances, sit and stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, climb ladders, work on catwalks, work in small spaces, lift and carry up to 25lbs.

As the facilities Mechanical Engineering Owner's Representative, you will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients' manufacturing in Boise, ID. You and the other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in this role you would work on the client's behalf to review designs, specs and drawings provide feedback and comment.
Technical engineering responsibilities include editing client specifications, design and oversight for piping and ducting for equipment heating, cooling, exhaust, and process chemicals and gasses in some of the most complex, densely packed industrial facilities on the planet. The design may include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate tool installation including engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection, and specification, and support during construction and integration into the factory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with client and site personnel, driving design and construction documents through the review process with a team.

As the mechanical representative on a multi-discipline design team, your primary duty will be to review design packages consisting of P&IDs, layout drawings, details, and equipment plans followed by review of submittals, RFIs, and construction documents.
