What does a Functional Analyst II do for us?
They deliver advanced analytical and functional support to the organization, ensuring optimal system performance and business alignment. Responsibilities include:
Configuring, administering, and supporting systems at an advanced level
Performing comprehensive workflow and interface analyses to identify efficiencies and improvements
Defining and documenting complex business requirements and processes with precision
Translating business needs into technical specifications and effectively communicating them to technical teams
Testing and implementing new processes and functionality to enhance system capabilities
Troubleshooting and documenting system and user issues to ensure timely resolution
Designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and queries to support data-driven decision-making
