What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and coordinate compliance‑related processes across various business units
• Monitor governance and compliance of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, assisting with audits as needed
• Ensure systems are updated and accurate to meet compliance standards
• Support the Regulatory Compliance department with state renewals, applications, and annual reports
• Provide oversight of care management delegation functions and vendor compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Superior decision-making abilities and strong analytical capability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs and database query tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master's Degree
• Experience in healthcare operations, compliance, auditing, investigations, or managed care operations
• Strong process improvement and project management skills
