The Senior Financial Advisoris responsible for developing deep customer relationships, offering personalized financial solutions, and guiding clients toward achieving their financial goals. This role involves working closely with affluent consumers and small business customers to provide tailored banking, lending, and investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and deepen relationships with high-value clients through proactive engagement and financial consultations.
• Assess customer needs for banking, credit, and investment products, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Partner with internal teams in business banking, mortgage, and wealth management to deliver holistic financial services.
• Analyze client portfolios and make recommendations aligned with their financial goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk management standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of customer service or financial services experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proven ability to recommend financial products and services.
• FINRA and state insurance licensing preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer engagement skills.
• Must meet SAFE registration and licensing requirements.
