What You'll Do

  • Lead civil design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi‑family, and mixed‑use projects
  • Serve as the technical lead on civil designs
  • Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents
  • Mentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineers
  • Coordinate with architects and other in‑house disciplines for integrated project delivery
  • Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, or another civil‑related degree
  • PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly)
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong design portfolio
  • Proficiency in civil design software, primarily Civil‑3D
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction

What We Offer

We target a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, determined by factors such as education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.

Our Hiring Process
