The spending of allocated budget is successfully controlled within the determined financial period. Control Capex was spent based on economic analysis.

Control Capex spending based on economic analysis. Weekly, monthly and annual cost review, reporting and analysis are allocated and recommended based on analysis and review result.

Accident Damage Reconciliation report based on monthly period. Accident Damage Reconciliation based on monthly period is successfully reported.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• Target Zero LTI
• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Diploma Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation
• Understand concept and process of heavy equipment maintenance management
• Understand concept, process and performance indicators of Asset/Plant Costing and Finance
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Good logical and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
