We are partnered with an organization that is people and community minded to find their next Wastewater Engineering Group Leader/Director. The person who takes on this role will have an existing team in place to mentor, manage, and grow; and a great client base throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions to nurture.

We are looking for a licensed PE (Professional Engineer) that has a proven track record of managing teams who have been hands-on with clients and projects in the wastewater sector.

Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus, Sign-on bonus, and Stock options

Requirements/Skill Needed

• Solid background in water/wastewater engineering design
• 12 years plus of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in management

Functions expected in the role

• Manage operations of the wastewater team
• Active in the budgeting, scheduling, and quality of projects
• Involvement in proposals, scopes, and fees
• Technical leadership and mentoring
• Assist in hiring initiatives for your team
• Client relations
• Risk and change management
• Create solutions to provide value to clients and differentiate your team and the company from competitors
• Salary range of $200,000 to $240,000
