What You'll Do

• Provide technical oversight and quality control on land/site development projects
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of civil engineers and designers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, surveying, and architecture teams
• Serve as a senior technical resource for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
• Establish and refine best practices for design standards and QA/QC procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
• Typically, 10+ years of experience in land/site development
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership
• Deep technical knowledge in grading, drainage, utility design, and permitting
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Passion for developing talent and building efficient teams, internal systems, and design practices

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, but this is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.

Our Hiring Process

• Hearing from our recruiting team within 48 hours
• A phone interview (approx. 30 minutes)
• A meet and greet with one of our Founders, Sean O'Hara (approx.15 minutes)
• An on-site interview and office tour (approx. 60 minutes)
