Mechanical Engineering Regional Director

What You'll Do:

Lead Mechanical Engineer to anchor the Boise team. This high-impact role is for a licensed engineer who will take ownership of technical excellence, grow a Boise-based team, and collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic, integrated design firm. As the senior MEP professional in the Boise office, you will shape project delivery, guide junior staff, and partner with architecture, civil, and structural teams.

  • Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects
  • Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs, including HVAC and plumbing
  • Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents
  • Mentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineers
  • Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery
  • Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
  • PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly)
  • 7+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio
  • Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction

  • Base salary targeting 90,000 to 125,000, determined by education, experience, and Boise-area history
