• Shape Strategy: Influence enterprise-wide decisions through data-driven insights.
• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Solve Real Problems: Tackle operational, financial, and strategic challenges with analytical rigor.
• Collaborate Broadly: Partner across marketing, pricing, risk, and more to align analytics with business goals.
• Own the Outcome: From ideation to execution, your work will directly impact growth and performance.

• Directors with 10-11 years of experience, focused on strategy and mentorship.
• Senior Directors with 12-14 years of experience, ready to architect enterprise-wide analytics strategy and influence decisions at the highest level.
