Job Summary

CV Resources is seeking a Staff Accountant to support a Boise-based manufacturing company. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented accounting professional with strong Excel and NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end close (7‑day close process)
• Prepare account reconciliations and accrual journal entries
• Manage freight clearing and multi‑state sales tax filings (including Canada)
• Perform weekly cash reconciliations and post cash receipts
• Process employee expense reports
• Support ad hoc accounting projects as needed
• Provide cross‑functional backup for invoicing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution experience preferred)
• Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual‑based accounting
• Experience with sales tax filings across multiple states is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Onsite only – Boise, ID
