Position Overview:

As a Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposal content that meets compliance and high-quality standards. Collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager and the proposal team, your work will be instrumental in driving our health solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit persuasive proposal content that aligns with Sharecare's brand voice and unique value propositions.
• Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Operations, to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Ensure timely submissions with consistent formatting while adhering to brand and quality standards.
• Transform complex health, wellness, and technology concepts into clear messaging tailored to our audience.
• Utilize proposal management software to customize and maintain reusable content, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
• Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and contribute to strategic planning for successful submissions.
• Enhance the content library by identifying gaps, updating materials, and integrating feedback.
• Participate in post-submission evaluations to apply lessons learned and improve future proposals.
• Embrace new responsibilities and adapt to shifting business priorities to add value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RFP/proposal writing, along with 2-5 years in a professional corporate environment.
