The Governance Practitioner supports the organization's best practices within the governance model, working to ensure compliance and mitigating risk with the third-party organization. The Governance Practitioner is responsible for ensuring compliance and supporting the buying and demand planning functions within Replenishment & Planning. Main responsibilities: Supports governance best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards. Maintains SOPs and documentation to support the governance model. Provides coaching to third-party organizations to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Responsible for executing governance frameworks to oversee outsourcing activities. Communicates risks associated with outsourcing to leadership. Provides training to third-party organizations on governance policies and procedures.
