Part-Time On-Site Instructor

Snapology of West Boise is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging individuals to join our team as part-time instructors. In this role, you'll lead fun, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities using LEGO bricks and other creative tools to inspire and educate children in a playful learning environment.

Location: Snapology of West Boise Garden City Learning Center

Schedule: Less than 10 hours/week (Midday & Afternoon Shifts Available)

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18$23 per class taught (after paid training)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Snapology classes, camps, and creative play sessions following provided lesson plans
• Engage and manage small groups of children in a fun, safe, and educational manner
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate professionally with children, parents, and team members
• Set up and clean up classroom materials before and after sessions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to read, interpret, and deliver pre-written lesson plans
• Passionate about working with children and watching them learn and grow

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or other educational settings
• Interest in STEAM education and hands-on learning
