Your Role
As the Vice President of Sourcing & Procurement, you will spearhead Teradata's Indirect Procurement Function, driving significant transformations to elevate procurement as a strategic business partner focused on optimizing spending, enhancing ESG impact, and minimizing risk.

Collaboration:
You will collaborate with a dedicated team of around 22 professionals, engaged in planning cycles, regular team interactions, and stakeholder initiatives to meet the evolving needs of Teradata's functions. Your team will be responsible for tracking crucial metrics such as Spend Under Management (SUM) and deal pipeline to optimize costs and ensure robust business outcomes.

Compensation:
The annual pay range for this role is $217,300 - $271,600 - $325,900, depending on geographic location, internal equity, and candidate qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, this position is eligible for annual incentives based on individual performance and company success.
